Find the game that needs key rebinding (using ALYX as an example).
OPEN EDIT THIS BINDING OR CHOOSE ANOTHER
Click the “+” ICON
Choose Button
Click the "none" button, and then choose "Show Inventory"
Click the “√” to Save.
Delete the Trackpad button.
SAVE IT.
After the above steps, you can now press B to trigger Show Inventory, instead of the easily mispressed trackpad.
