The data cable is connected to the Type-C connector on the small thumb side of the glove.
After the firmware update is successful/failed, there may be lagging. Please restart your gloves.
Firmware Update Depends on Driver Version: Only the latest version of the driver can update the glove and receiver firmware to the latest version. Please ensure your driver is updated to the latest version for the full update experience.
Please run the driver as an administrator.
The UDCAP driver panel glove icon is highlighted after the glove is successfully connected to the PC.
Menu - Firmware Update:
If your firmware version needs to be updated, the -Firmware Update- button will be displayed, click on it to update online. During the update period, please keep the network free and do not unplug the connection cable.
Ensure that the glove and dongle remain on the same channel value (e.g., [Left Hand Glove] and [Left Hand Dongle] should have the [Wireless Channel Value: 5]).
If you want to ensure the best results, the larger the difference between the left and right hand channels, the better.
Menu - Firmware Update - Switch Channel: You can change the current connection channel (range 0-99).
Switching dongles when the glove is not nearby may result in the dongle switching successfully, but the glove remaining on the original channel.
Solution: Connect the glove to the computer via a data cable, open the firmware update page, and manually switch to the same channel.
